Gained it and lost it again.....

So, since my last blog I continued to gain weight until I got to a hefty 214lbs!
Since then I have lost that and then some and got down to 190lbs, total weight loss: 24lbs!
How am I doing it this time?
Low Gi, no shakes, so weird pills, no gimmicks.
My "diet" (I say diet, it's a way of eating for life) is filling, low calorie, low fat and tasty and I haven't looked back.
Even the hubbie likes it and we're both exercising too.
This year I'm doing Race For Life, in my mum's memory, so have been training for that. SO lots of lovely changes going on and STILL going on.
