One week in, here are my stats:
Weight: 197lbs -3
bust: 35" -1"
waist: 36 1/2" -1"
hips: 44 1/2 -1/2"
arm: 12" -1/2"
thigh: 24" -1/2"
So after one whole week I have lost a total of 3lbs and 3 1/2" from my whole body! Not too bad for a week, considering I didn't exactly stick to the plan with having vistors this weekend.
